Terms & Conditions

• All toll, parking, permit, road tax to be paid at actual by the guest.
• GST will be at 5% on billing amount.
• For billing purposes, the time and the distance readings are calculated from our garage back to our garage which is closest possible to the reporting location
• SUV and Force Traveler for city usage are available for a minimum of 10hrs hiring only
• For outstation duties, chauffeur’s allowance (CA) is to be paid per calendar day. Rates are Rs.600 for Force Traveller and Rs.500 for all other cars.
• Outstation trips are calculated based on a per-calendar-day basis and not on hours of usage.
• Outstation trips will be billed for a minimum of 250kms per calendar day.

• For outstation trips, cars returning to our office after midnight will attract an additional day chauffeur’s allowance.
• Outstation trips, where the usage is more than 200Kms each way for single day bookings, Driver’s allowance is double
• Any hill climb charges at Rs.500 per hill for small cars and Rs.1000 for Force Traveller
• Air-conditioner Compressor will be turned off during hill climbing (uphill and downhill) for safety issues

  • This rate package is for taxi hiring to Tirumala only. Cannot be coupled local Chennai city usage.
  • All applicable toll, parking included is only for one instance to Tirumala Hill and not for other places you visit.

• Climbing Tirumala more than once is chargeable. Rs.500, Rs.800, Rs.1000 and Rs.1200 for Small Car, Sedan Car, Innova and Force Traveller respectively per instance apart from the additional mileage cost.
• All extra or additional or excluded toll, parking and entry fee to be paid directly by the customer.
• Andhra Pradesh entry Permit, Road tax is included. Excludes expenses with routes deviation other than Chennai-Thirumala-Chennai).
• Readings for time and mileage starts and ends at our closest Garage from reporting place for all billing purposes.
• Driver’s allowance is Inclusive. The driver will take care of his stay on his own (most probably he will spend the night in any free accommodation for drivers provided by the hotel/guesthouse or will sleep in the car).
• A/C is switched off during Tirumala hill climbings for safety purpose. Both climbing up / down the Tirumala Hills
• Cars released from duty after 11:30pm at Chennai city will attract additional day driver’s allowance.
• Cars released from duty beyond 2am, will be billed at full day hire charges.
